Established as a business in 2023, Barnstable Bisque's signature Lobster Bisque has been a staple in our family for decades. Our founder started the business testing in her home kitchen. She has since expanded to our local commercial kitchen, Cape Cod Culinary Incubator. Producing and growing into a thriving woman owned, small business.

Our founder, Linnea, studied at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI . Initially, a Culinary Arts major, once she achieved her AS, she continued her education and attained her bachelor's in food service management. Decades in the food service industry created a spark to develop a "side hustle", and Barnstable Bisque was born. F

Founded in 2023, her dad and especially her stepmom have really become her right hand in her farmers market and production endeavors.
